My Style: Champagne for Breakfast

Today's Look:  is all about mixing comfort with style.  Nothing beats a comfy sweatshirt, a pair of stretch leggings, and cushioned wedge sneakers for walking around campus or shopping in the city.  For spring 2014, colors are exploding in nature and on the runways.  Be bold and confident with your styling like this whimsical sweatshirt that boasts of "Champagne for Breakfast."  Besides sweatshirts, leggings are ideal for spring days in northern Arizona, where we are loving the breezy, cool days with the blooming flowers and budding trees everywhere.  Tribal print is still one of the biggest hits this season, so these leggings are perfect.  Next, I recommend trying to match your shoes with your purse as much as possible for a cohesive look; here my tan/taupe wedges match the fringe bag.  If you don't own a bohemian-inspired fringe purse yet, you haven't lived. haha  Speaking of boho style, most of us living in the states dream of attending Coachella and mingling with the famous stars and models, listening to hipster music, and wearing our 60's & 70's inspired clothing.  Thus, a fringe purse is a styling must :)  If you get to attend Coachella this year, I'd love to hear about it.  I'd go just to hear Ellie Goulding, Lana Del Rey, Foster the People, and Lorde.  What an amazing line up!

Fashion Tip: As stated above, trying to match your purse with your shoes can add a "put-together" appeal to your ensemble.  Of course, plenty of times my purse and shoes don't match because I try to have the purse highlight a different color from my outfit.  C'est la vie!
